What is included in TidyUp Express cleans?Our services include thorough cleaning and dusting of all flat surfaces, shelving, knick knacks, pictures, window sills, furniture and basic light fixtures in all rooms. We mop and/or vacuum all floors throughout your home. In the bathrooms we clean toilets, sinks, mirrors tubs, shower stalls and floors. If you have specific needs don't hesitate to give us a call!

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No not at all! However, if you have specific products or equipment you want us to use, we will be more than happy to use them.

Do you accept checks?Unfortunately we do not. However we do take cash, debit and all major credit cards. We also accept online payments through invoice and third party apps like Cash app, and Venmo.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?We understand that things happen! As long as there is a rescheduled visit there will be no charge. For our reoccuring clients, after 2 or more cancellations your special discounted rate will not apply for your following visit. Regular current rates will apply.

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
